Terms of Transport

These are the basic terms for vehicle transport with Gorilla Transport LLC. By booking with us, you agree to them.

1. Quotes

Quotes are estimates until we confirm your booking. Price can change if details differ from what was provided (for example, vehicle size, condition or locations).

2. Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the quoted transport price is due at booking to reserve your pickup date. Deposits are non-refundable, but your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled pickup date.

3. Balance

The remaining balance is due at delivery by cash, Zelle, card, or QuickBooks invoice.

4. Open-carrier transport

Vehicles are transported on an open carrier (a 3-car gooseneck low-profile deckover trailer pulled by a dually pickup), so they are exposed to normal road and weather conditions.

5. Personal items

Please remove personal items before pickup. Our cargo insurance covers the vehicle, not loose personal belongings, and items left in the vehicle travel at the owner’s risk. Please also remove toll tags and loose accessories.

6. Inspections

Your vehicle is inspected and photographed at pickup and again at delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery inspection / bill of lading at the time of delivery.

7. Insurance

Gorilla Transport LLC is insured with $1M liability and $250K cargo coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

8. Pickup and delivery dates

Pickup and delivery dates are windows, not guarantees. Timing can be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions and DOT hours-of-service rules. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
